Ivan Levy is a Partner at IntLaw Consortium LLP. As a seasoned counsel with extensive expertise in international law and arbitration, Ivan brings years of experience providing strategic legal advice to sovereign States and corporate investors in arbitration proceedings across Europe, Latin America, and the Middle East, under all major arbitration rules. His background also includes clerking for globally renowned arbitrators on complex international disputes.
Ivan regularly lectures at prominent institutions, including Bucerius Law School, Leiden Law School, and the University of Buenos Aires Law School. Leveraging his experience as a world champion of the Willem C. Vis International Commercial Arbitration Moot, Ivan also conducts specialized workshops on written and oral advocacy. Furthermore, Ivan sits at the Foreign Direct Investment Moot (FDI Moot) Review Board.
Ivan is also an active participant in the international law community, frequently presenting as panelist at major international conferences and contributing scholarly articles to highly esteemed journals worldwide on diverse international law topics.
Ivan holds a Law Degree from the University of Buenos Aires Law School and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School as a Fulbright Scholar, both with honors. He has received multiple awards and accolades in recognition of his contributions to the field of international law and his consistent academic excellence. He is admitted to practice law in the City of Buenos Aires (Argentina) and the State of New York (United States of America).
