Dmytro Donenko

Dmytro is an Of Counsel at IntLaw Consortium LLP, with more than 15 years of experience in dispute resolution proceedings. He specializes in complex international commercial and investment arbitration, representing both States and private clients in high-profile cases. His expertise spans various sectors, including finance, agriculture, energy, natural resources, construction, international trade, and technology. Dmytro's accomplishments have earned him recognitions as a Future Leader in Arbitration by Who's Who Legal, a Next Generation Partner in Dispute Resolution by Legal 500, and a listing in Best Lawyers International.

Dmytro is committed to advancing the field of international arbitration beyond client representation. He has coached student moot court teams at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University and Kyiv International University, and has served as an arbitrator at prestigious global competitions such as the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot and the Frankfurt Investment Arbitration Moot. Additionally, he has played a significant role in organizing the Kyiv Arbitration Days Conference for nearly a decade, contributing to the growth of the arbitration community in Ukraine.

Dmytro is actively involved in several professional organizations, including the Ukrainian Bar Association, the Young International Arbitration Group at the London Court of International Arbitration, and the Young Arbitrators Forum of the International Chamber of Commerce. He is admitted to practice in Ukraine and is registered as a foreign lawyer in Germany. He is also a recommended arbitrator for institutions such as the Ukrainian Arbitration Association, the Arbitration Court at the Economic Chamber of the Czech Republic, and the Court of Arbitration at the Polish Chamber of Commerce.

Dmytro is fluent in Ukrainian, English and Russian. He holds an LL.M. in Private International Law from the Institute of International Relations at Kyiv National Taras Shevchenko University, where he also obtained his Law Degree.
